Hikyskin 2-Year Warranty

Hikyskin is committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. This Limited Warranty outlines the conditions under which your Hikyskin device is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Who is Covered?

This warranty only applies initially directly from Hikyskin.com and other officially authorised sources. It does not apply to any subsequent owners. Products obtained from unauthorised sellers (including unauthorised internet sites) are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Conditions and Exclusions

What is not covered under this limited warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not extend to damages arising from any of the following circumstances:

  • Accidents, Misuse, or Abuse: Damage caused by accidental drops, improper use, mishandling, exposure to dirt, water, or other environmental elements, or any form of neglect in performing reasonable and necessary maintenance.
  • Unauthorized Service: Any service operations, repairs, or alterations performed by individuals or service agencies not authorized by Hikyskin.
  • Non-Covered Items: Only Hikyskin devices are covered under this warranty. Any accompanying gifts, promotional items, or products received through Hikyskin giveaways are excluded from warranty coverage.

What are the solutions under this limited warranty?

During the two-year Warranty Period, if a defect is identified in the Hikyskin device and a valid claim is submitted, Hikyskin will take one of the following actions at no cost to you:

  • Repair: Repair the defective Hikyskin device using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  • Replacement: Replace the defective Hikyskin device with a new or refurbished device.

These remedies are your exclusive options in the event of a defect, subject to applicable laws.

How do I obtain warranty service?

To obtain Warranty Service, please contact Hikyskin's Customer Service Department at service@hikyskin.com within the applicable Warranty Period. You will be required to:

  • Submit Documentation: Provide detailed photos and a description of the defect, along with proof of purchase.
  • Claim Approval: If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Return Process: We will issue a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the defective device. Ensure that all original packaging contents are included when returning the device.

Disclaimer: Implied Warranties

All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are strictly limited to a duration of two (2) years from the original purchase date. Hikyskin shall not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Please note that some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by applicable law, Hikyskin shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. This limitation applies regardless of whether Hikyskin has been advised of the possibility of such damages and irrespective of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal or equitable theory. Under no circumstances shall Hikyskin's liability under this Limited Warranty exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product.
